Air Medical Transport programs can effectively advance
their programs with new productivity tools

– After concluding a series of beta trials over the last few months,
ThinkThroughTools officially launched its 365 Air Medical™ productivity tools to
help Air Medical Transport programs increase their productivity and enhance
their programs.
“These offerings are all focused on enabling air medical
professionals to advance the enterprise elements of their operations as these
are the primary drivers for maximum system performance and revenue for the
future,” explains Rich Obertots, ThinkThroughTools CEO.
The suite of productivity tools include 365 CriticalCUSTOMERCare™,
365 Safety/AMRM™ and 365 AOLS™ (Advanced Outreach Life Support).
365 CriticalCUSTOMERCare™
The cornerstone of the 365 suite is 365 CriticalCUSTOMERCare™ --
a hybrid, on-site, training course that focuses on the most essential elements
of effective and consistent customer service. It is customized for each mode of
critical care transport.

failure and decreases in flight requests is often poor and inconsistent customer

Medical/Critical Care Transport customized, customer service training that is
standardized, habituated, documented and iterated. Anyone who participates in

365 Safety/AMRM SYSTEM™
The 365 Safety AMRM SYSTEM™ will provide programs with an
Internet/ASP-based standardized Safety and AMRM (Air Medical Resource
Management) System that is to be implemented 365 days per year at each shift.
The program covers the essentials of Safety AMRM for Air Medical Transport and
is customized for each program’s mission profile.
Through this
training, crew members will be more knowledgeable in identifying existing and
potential threats and will develop, communicate, and implement plans and actions
to avoid or mitigate perceived threats.

365 AOLS™ (Advanced Outreach Life Support)
The 365 AOLS™ program
is driven by individuals with real world experience earning, triggering and
growing flight requests. Its principles were developed by peers in the
aircraft benches and outreach trenches who have grown some of the most
successful Air Medical Transport systems in the country.
The value of AOLS has now been increased with the approval of
continuing education hours for the full day AOLS course. Six CEUs will be given
to each individual who attends AOLS.
