Our workshops/courses - Safety/AMRM Training and Outreach U™ - will help
self-diagnose any problems you and your program may have in safely
generating sustainable, medically necessary and appropriate flight
requests.
The mission of these courses is to provide participants with proven and
practical outreach strategies & applications to increase the certainty and
effectiveness of their air medical transport outreach efforts.
Upon conclusion of our workshops/courses, participants will be able to:
Better understand how and why individuals make decisions to
utilize (or not utilize) rival air medical transport services and better
understand how to take action to affect the rational and emotional aspects
of decisions;
Better allocate and manage valuable and scarce
outreach resources;
Apply a proven process to more precisely identify,
categorize and
stratify individuals that will most affect flight requests using the
TargetingMatrix®/Outreach Operating System™ method;
Better design, implement, manage and adapt outreach
initiatives by
using a dynamic budget and scheduling model;
Better understand CRM (Customer Relationship
Management)
technology and how it can dramatically affect outreach management
efficiencies (hands-on will be provided);
Better integrate what is needed
to develop systems architecture and an operating plan to rapidly and
consistently IMPLEMENT a highly advanced Air Medical Transport TargetingMatrix®/Outreach Operating System™;
More effectively orchestrate, inspire, monitor and
manage outreach
leadership and staff (to mediate attrition and maximize human resources);
Ultimately be powered with outreach strategies and
applications to
enable their air medical transport programs to advance in the face of more
vigorous rivals and increased resource constraints.
